Ash is equipped to a very high standard. It has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room equipped to M2 standard. Second bedroom. There is also a second bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The accommodation is as follows:-

• Double bedroom with ensuite shower room which is equipped for those less able.
• Twin bedroom.
• All linens and heating are included in the price.
• Separate bathroom with bath and shower over. 
• Fully fitted kitchen/diner including Dishwasher etc.
• Washing and Drying machines on site.
• Enclosed Patio area.

The cottage is all on one level with polished hardwood floors throughout.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker, and microwave. 

The sitting room has free view TV and DVD player. The sitting room has double doors giving access to an enclosed patio garden complete with garden furniture that overlooks the farmyard and fields.

We have a separate laundry room for others to use also. 

All towels and linens are included in the price as is the heating and Wi-Fi.

All you need to bring is yourselves and your provisions!

Bookings are for 3 nights minimum (except for seasonal holidays).

Arrival between 4:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Please vacate by 10:00 am

Sorry, we do not allow any pets in the cottages unless previously agreed. As we are a working farm children should be supervised at all times.
