Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
At Highfield Farm B&B we aim to provide the best accommodation and, in the past, have won the “Best B&B” in the Eastern Region.
In 2018 we also received the coveted ‘Rose Award ‘by Visit Britain for our excellent service to guests.
All of our rooms are en-suite with extra little touches, hospitality trays with home-made biscuits, top quality beds and linens, luxurious duck and goose down duvet, ‘White Company’ toiletries, Free-view television and hair dryer in each room.
The Studio and double rooms are in the ‘Stables’ and all ground floor. Sunnyside has a mixture of ground floor and first floor rooms.

Full breakfast is produced from top quality local produce when possible including our own home-made marmalade, local honey and excellent bread from a local baker. Breakfast is served in the large, airy dining-room in Sunnyside, which overlooks the open fields, in which you may see some of the many wild birds on our farm.
We offer a friendly yet professional service to both business and private customers. We are 'family-friendly' and family rooms are available please contact us for details. We can provide a cot if required. We also have ground floor bedrooms.
We usually take a minimum of a two-night booking over the Bank Holiday weekends. Please ask if you require something different and we will try to help.
Free wireless internet access is available within Sunnyside from your own laptop. Our location offers easy access to major roads – within minutes. See location map.
We are ready for our guests to arrive between 4.30pm and 8.30pm. Please confirm your arrival time when booking.
Checkout is by 10.00am.

Guests are most welcome to relax in the lovely sitting room, in the garden or take a walk on our farm roadways. But please remember that this is a working farm and children should be accompanied at all times.
